When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Custom orders may take a bit longer depending on design approval.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Can I personalize a banner or poster?

Absolutely. Many of our products can be customized with names, dates, colors, and messages. You can also submit a custom order request for something completely unique.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns on non-custom, unused items within 14 days of delivery. For details, visit our Shipping & Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@bernszgifts.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Do you work with businesses and event planners?

Yes! We regularly work with event professionals, educators, and retailers. If you need bulk orders or recurring designs, contact us to discuss your needs.
