Shipping Information
- Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order.
- Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping Area: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
Custom Orders
Please allow additional processing time for custom-designed items. We’ll communicate timelines during the design process before printing begins.
Return Policy
- We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
- To start a return, email us at info@bernszgifts.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll work quickly to replace or correct the issue at no cost to you.
